When I chose this maisonette it was all about the location as I do not drive so needed to be close to all the amenities that I would need. There is a supermarket within walking distance as well as a convenience store if you need anything late at night or early in the morning.

There are also bus stops nearby which can take you to Gravesend town centre and the railway station with its fast service to London or even Ebbsfleet International railway station for a weekend trip to the continent. There are also buses nearby to take you to Bluewater which is perfect if you fancy day of browsing the shops or perhaps a nice meal in one of the many restaurants.

What I like most about this maisonette is that I have my very own rear garden to relax in and enjoy soaking up the sun rays in the summer months.
