I have owned this home for nearly ten years, and in recent months have redecorated throughout. I chose this home because of its size and location, it was perfect as I can walk to Hornchurch Town Centre and the transport links from here are excellent, I regularly use Hornchurch train station which is walkable from my home. I have enjoyed using the garden in the summer months and the parking space is a bonus. Another unique feature of this home that was a real factor when I bought it was that I shared a freehold with the property downstairs and I don't have to worry about costly service charges and ground rent. I have always felt safe and secure in this home, and I am sure that the next lucky owner will enjoy the home just as much as I have.
