When we first drove into Caterham- on-the-Hill, we were surprised with the amount of open spaces and surrounding greenery it has.

Coming into a Berkeley development, we expected high quality and a high level of finish and we were certainly not disappointed.

Having a private garden has been a real bonus and it has been lovely to relax after a long day at work and enjoy the sun.

As our circumstances have now changed, it is time to move on, but we do hope that the new owners enjoy living here.
