Swinburne Avenue is a lovely place to live; close enough to the shops should you need to pop out for anything but not too close that you are bothered by the noise and traffic that comes with the High Street.

On a nice day it is so easy to walk down to the seafront. There is so much to do from the award winning beaches, miniature golf, and range of bars and restaurants. We have lived in Broadstairs for years and still haven’t run out of things to do.
