When I was looking to buy somewhere a bit smaller than my previous home, I knew that I wanted to stay local as Banstead has so much to offer.
Working in Sutton means that I can drive to work in around 15 minutes or get the train or bus if i never need to.
The shops are fantastic and being able to pop into the village in the evening if I fancy a coffee is great.
The property itself is so spacious and light that I will be sad to go but I am sure that the new owners will love it here as much as i have.
