I have owned this property for six years and it has been a wonderful place to live.
I was originally attracted by the location and the style of the property. It was very important for me to be close to everything. Plus not only has this property got a private rear garden it also has a front garden which could be useful for off road parking (subject to planning permission).
Since moving in I have improved the property internally. I have now moved to another area and therefore looking to sell.
