We have owned this wonderful property for many years now and it has been much loved.
It is a fantastic location close to Sutton and offers a really convenient and quiet setting with schools close by. The town centre is also a short walk away – so we couldn’t have wished for more.
Since being here we rented the property out so set about keeping the flat to the best standard we could – and have really enjoyed the flexibility the apartment offers.
It will be a real shame when we have to hand over our keys but we’re sure that the new owners will be very happy here.
