I bought the property as a new build almost 5 years ago. It was my first property; I wanted somewhere that was small enough that I could easily adapt to living independently but big enough that I could have friends stay round without feeling too crowded.
One of the big advantages of buying new was that I didn’t have to do any work, all I’ve needed to do it maintain it to the same standard. It’s still as nice now as the day I moved in.
In terms of location is was ideal, 30 seconds walk from the co-op and about 10 minutes from Bluewater. The local train station is minutes up the road and will take you straight into London Victoria.
