The thing that appealed to me was the location of the apartment when I first viewed it, its a lovely road and is far enough away from the centre of Croydon that it is quiet but close enough to everything to be convenient.

The room sizes were great and the garage was a real bonus, its been a great property for me but it was a little tired and I have now refurbished it for someone else to take on and enjoy.
