We have been very happy living here. The flat is perfectly located for access to the beach and is only a few minutes walk into the town across the new footbridge to get to lots of lovely restaurants and shops.
The flat is quite spacious, we love entertaining and we often have parties with lots of people - especially in the summer when we enjoy being outside in the sun on the decking.
We will be very sad to leave but we now need three bedrooms and feel that is time for us to move. We are sure that new residents would be very happy living here.
