This has been my home for over twelve years and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I was initially drawn to this property due to the location, as it is very conveniently situated.
I loved the fact that all the rooms are of a good size, and both bedrooms are doubles, so there was enough space for me and my son to grow into.
Although there is no official off road parking with the maisonette, the whole area surrounding the town centre is reserved for resident permit holders only – so you can always get parked very close by. The permits are approx £30 per year, so very reasonable.
The only reason I am now moving is because I am looking to buy a family home with my partner.
