We bought this property over 20 years ago to raise our family in, as it has everything you could ever need in a home and its location is second to none.

We are just a short stroll to Carshalton station which has frequent trains to London. Being so close to some great schools was fantastic and gave our sons the pick of the crop.

We have loved every moment living here with thanks to our lovely neighbours, who have helped create a great community spirit. It’s with a heavy heart we say goodbye and we wish the next lucky owners many happy years here.
