I’ve always felt comfortable and relaxed living here. Despite the age of the building it’s very low maintenance and I think the conversion is very well designed and neat.
I love the character of the building and the amount of space and light on offer and it really is its own community. You quickly get to know everyone in the building so there’s always someone around if you need something.
I’ve only had to make a few changes since I’ve been here like decorating and I’ve put in a few bookshelves. I had the boiler changed in spring 2015 too.
I really hope the next owners get as much pleasure from living here as I have.
