It’s amazing to think that I have lived here for as many as 23 years! I was a first time buyer and was so glad to find a 2 bedroom maisonette that I could afford which also gave me a garden and was so easy to park outside.
The garden is so peaceful and so you don’t feel like you’re in Brighton. It's such a lovely community feel and we have some great neighbours. There are no houses opposite me which gives me a lovely view from my front window. Soon after I moved in I exposed the original floorboards which has added character and made it even more homely. I also redesigned the garden and installed the decking.
