When I used to visit from London I always loved Montpelier Crescent and I was lucky enough to move here nine years ago. The location is perfect - Seven Dials has great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, Brighton station is only a few minutes away, fantastic for commuting, day trips to London or jetting away from Gatwick. A short stroll takes you to the seafront and Western Road.
My home is in a beautiful Regency building, well cared for by all its owners. My apartment is spacious and light with lots of original features. In the Summer I have enjoyed entertaining in the garden or having a glass of wine on the balcony. In the Winter, particularly at Christmas the real fire makes the drawing room very special.

My friends all love my flat, I hope its new owner will do too!
