My mum loved this flat and bought it because it was so handy for everything but you were also next to the sea. After she passed away I moved in and loved living there as it was so peaceful.
The rooms are a nice size and the neighbours are friendly. Since we extended our family we have let the property out and have never had trouble finding a tenant who wants to live by the sea!
