TENANTS
All properties will be let for a minimum of six months. An application charge of £100.00 (inc. VAT) is payable on completion of an application form for each applicant. TENANCY AGREEMENT
All adults wishing to live at the property will be named on the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons under the tenancy to be joint and severally liable for the covenants contained there in. Adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement may not live in the property.
