Head out of High Wycombe Town Centre on A40/London Road, at the roundabout just past the VW garage take the first exit onto Gordon Road.  At the traffic light controlled junction just before the railway bridge turn right onto Princes Gate.  Take the first turning left to stay on Princes Gate, and then turn right just before the railway bridge into Peatey Court where the property can be found on the left hand side.
