If references are satisfactory, then we require an administration fee of £160 inclusive of VAT to cover 1 or 2 applicants. A further £30 inclusive of VAT per applicant is charged for 3 or 4 applicants. In certain circumstances we may require a Guarantor fee of £60 inclusive of VAT per guarantor. We do not charge renewal fees to tenants.
