Your landlord would be Hightown Housing Association but your tenancy is a renew-able Assured Shorthold tenancy and is not a social housing tenancy. You will have no automatic Right-to-Buy or Right-to-Acquire the property, mutually exchange or transfer to another property.
Once Hightown have confirmed that you are registered with the HomeBuy agent and they have received initial information from you showing that you meet the financial criteria, eligible applicants will be invited to view the property.
