The family said that their father bought this flat from new about 12 years ago. He loved living here and you could be as sociable as you chose to be with friendly residents. Games evenings in the communal area might be a favourite for you, with maybe a spot of bridge or scrabble, and local events are arranged if you wanted to get involved. The apartment always felt safe with the secure entry phone system and emergency pull cords throughout the flat.

The location is great and the development is incredibly quiet. Parking won't be a problem as there are loads of spaces for residents and visitors alike. Sadly our father has now been moved to a Nursing Home so the flat is vacant.
