I bought this maisonette around 9 years ago and I was immediately struck by its fantastic location, wonderful views and lovely period features.
It is so light and airy and has such a lovely feel to it and being in the centre of Westcott it is really handy to have the baker, shop and post office literally across the road. Dorking is a mile or so away so you also have access to all the amenities on offer in Dorking with it's high street and stations.
The flat has been rented out in recent years and my circumstances have now changed, so when the current tenancy came to an end I decided it was time to sell with no onward chain.
