There are lots of reasons why this has been such a great place to live. The location is fantastic and the apartment itself has been a pleasure to own. I chose this plot because it is on the end and, as such, the flat has numerous windows providing lots of light. The large balcony enjoys the sunshine for most of the day and it is actually a very secluded part of the development, so it is a great place to sit out in the summer months.

We like the layout of the apartment and even the second bedroom is a good size. The location could not be more convenient for a selection of amenities, it is especially nice to walk into Bluewater of an evening.
