I have spent 9 years living in this flat and thoroughly enjoyed it.
A great location; Walthamstow station is a 10 minute walk where you can catch the Victoria line or the train to Liverpool Street and be in central London in 25 minutes.
You can also catch a bus from outside the flat to Leyton which takes 10 minutes, where you can jump on the Central line. Buses stop outside travelling to Hackney & Shoreditch.
A short stroll and you are in the affluent village; Orford Road is stunning, lots of restaurants and pubs with outdoor seating and beer gardens. Epping Forest is on the doorstep. If you like going shopping, then Westfield is close by. So much to do in the area, a gym close by, swimming pool and cinema.
