I chose this development purely based on its location. The train station, bus stop and tram station are all just a few minutes away and you get into London in twenty minutes or so. After a hard day at work the last thing I wanted was to have a long walk home.

The size of the rooms was a big selling point for me, as I kept seeing really pokey flats with bedrooms that could barely fit a single bed in.

I also love being close to Carshalton Village as the pubs and restaurants are fantastic.
