I bought the flat 2 years ago as I wanted a challenge and also wanted to get on the property ladder at the same time. I had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted and also completely renovated the other rooms before redecorating them, so everything was completely new. I have loved living here and the neighbours are really friendly, but I now want a new challenge again. I will be sad to leave this property.
