WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS SAY:
I loved living in this flat as it was such a great size with the bedrooms in particular being extremely large and also having in-built wardrobes which means you got even more floor space so you didn't feel claustrophobic. It was great that it was located just across the road from the park as I enjoyed going for regular runs. It was also nice to enjoy with friends in the summer and is the sight for the Goose fair too. Town was easy to get to for shopping or a night out as it was not too far a walk or if you preferred the tram stop is just down the road. There was also a large Asda store close-by for getting the weekly shop in. You also felt secure with the gated parking making you feel particularly at ease that you car was in a safe place.
