When we were first looking to buy we just could not find a property to suit our needs. The properties were either too small or not in the right sort of location.
When St James Avenue came up it was such an easy choice as it was far bigger than what we were viewing and having a private garden was such a bonus.
Since being here it has been a labour of love updating the property to the standard it is now so it will be sad to leave, but know we are handing over a superb place to the new owners.
