One of the best things about this flat has to be the location. Being on Western Parade is great because Southsea Common is literally right on your doorstep. In the summer you will see people sat there all day with barbecues and in the winter months it's just lovely to stroll along the seafront and take in the fresh air.
You also have Marmion Road and Palmerston Road close by which is really handy because you have a great selection of bars, restaurants, cafe's and shops.
It's so convenient here you don't really need to use a car!
