I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for me. I purchased the apartment as it was just so well laid out compared to other properties available at the time in that price range, with a location that was so well located to the high street and great transport links.
I initially purchased to live in but now let the property out, so if you are looking for investment it could be a very easy option for anyone looking for a buy-to-let to take the current tenants over.
It will be sad to sell but I know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
