My parents loved this apartment as they could walk into town from here and had the lovely park over the road to enjoy as well.
They maintained the flat well, and had the gas boiler serviced annually. There is a garage en-bloc at the back of the flats, and there is also an area which my mother used to use to have a washing line to dry the clothes in the summer months.
We hope that the next owners will enjoy the flat as much as my mother has done.
