We have been here for 12 years and been happy here. With its prime location, it is so close to everything anyone would require on a daily basis.

The road links to and from work are excellent. Parking was a huge factor for us when we opted to buy. The fact that the apartment offers some outside space as well was good for us.

So close to all the local amenities - yet not too far from the hustle and bustle of the main city centre. We hope whoever now decides to buy our apartment takes as much enjoyment from it as we have.
