When I first moved to the area, I wanted to be nearer family, I was also looking for a property that was low maintenance and cost effective to run but that also provided a good feeling of space, internally and outside.

This flat ticks all of those boxes as well as plenty of storage, including a loft space and a garage en-bloc. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Having enjoyed living in the community, which has been of great comfort to me in recent years, I have found the local station particularly useful for exploring the south coast and you get to see some beautiful scenery when on nearby countryside walks.
