We have friends who live locally and knew that The Acres was a popular place to live, but when we viewed the apartment it was so much larger than some houses we had viewed at the same price so we knew we had to have it!
There is a real community spirit in our block and as there are only three flats and we have made great friends with our neighbours. We can honestly say we have enjoyed living here and will be sorry to leave.
