When looking for my home I needed something size wise that suited my needs and this apartment certainly did that with two good size bedrooms and an open plan reception area that flows beautifully in to the kitchen area.
The location is brilliant as you have The Leas on your door step but you are only a short walk from the town centre, Harbour and the station with its fast links to London.
Since living here I have updated the kitchen and bathroom which makes a big difference. The icing on the cake for me are the sea views and just the fact that my home resides in a part of Folkestone which still has that oldy worldy charm about it.
