I moved here 6 years ago and for me it was always about the location. It's such a good spot for the train stations so commuting was always a breeze and the town centre is literally just minutes away so I could enjoy the restaurants, cinema, bars and shops all in next to no time. I also loved the fact that I could see Boxhill from the lounge window!
Another thing that made me snap this apartment up was the size of the rooms. I had viewed lots of other places and this was the only one that offered me the space I wanted.
Over recent years, I have rented the property out and this has always been easy to do - I guess because of all the reasons I fell in love with it!
