The security aspect for us was very important, so being on the top floor was a great benefit to us. We loved the communal gardens and really provided a great safe place for my children to play.

The fact that we are so close to the underground stations, has been very beneificial for my family, as my husband works up in the City and means that the short distance to the station means he can spend more time with the children.

The shops just up the road are also a massive benefit and convenient for our local shop.
