We fell in love with the location, because it was tucked away and it is pretty quiet up here. The practicality of being close to the station and motorways for commuting really sold the location to us. In fact, the allocated parking was a massive bonus and partly a deciding factor. This place has served us well over the last ten years so we are more then confident that the new owners or owners will feel the same. If you fancy an evening out then we could walk along to Rochester High Street for a nice meal at one of the various restaurants on offer, so getting around is really easy.
