I fell in love with the size and the prominent location of the flat. My budget was limited and I thought this offered good value for money in comparison to others.

It is on the correct side of the block so the natural light is always good throughout, unlike some of the others that I viewed I have a window in my kitchen which certainly helps.

It is quite a friendly community in this development so you will always have someone to talk to. I have really enjoyed living here, but it is too big for me now so I am just looking to down size and ideally stay in the same development.
