I’ve lived here for 15 years which in itself probably says it all. What’s made me stay so long is the location and neighbourhood. I often go out for a drive on my motorbike, but on the odd occasion I take public transport there are some great bus links shipping you to Croydon, Sutton and beyond. I’ve been able to pursue my hobbies here due to the garage en bloc and storage the property offers. There is a new roof on the property and a rather long lease so the new owners will have the comfort of knowing the lease is long.
It’s time for me to start a new adventure but I will miss this being my home.
