I’ve owned the flat since 2000 and I enjoyed living there for a number of years but more recently I’ve rented it out so it has served really well for both.

I replaced the central heating system in 2001 and more recently laid the carpets in the hallway and both bedrooms. I decided to keep some of the 1930’s features in the kitchen as I love the character and the original fireplace in the lounge is still there, too.

There are two fitted wardrobes in one of the bedrooms so there’s no lack of storage there and the bay window in the other bedroom adds extra space.

Oh, and it’s such a great location too.
