The flat has suited me perfectly for the last five years but I’ve decided to change locations now. I was always struck with the amount of space on offer and how light and bright it feels.

The residents of the building all deal with the maintenance of the building so we don’t have to rely on a separate maintenance company. We have fitted new fire alarms and smoke alarms and had the outside rendered and painted. We also fixed a leak in the roof recently and rendered and painted the walls next to the outside steps.

It’s a great location too being close to the shops and bars but not feeling on top of everything.
