I have lived in this flat for the past 18 years and it's been a fantastic place to live. Before I moved to the area, I didn't know it well but one of my favourite things has to be the proximity to Town and the fact you can walk almost anywhere. Transport links have also been very important to me and my wife due to our jobs.

Having travelled a lot over the years I have picked up some influences from overseas and this reflects in the way the flat is styled. I did consider changing the layout but decided that the time has come for something new.
We will miss the sunny garden (and so will our dog!) but we hope our new buyer will enjoy it as much as we have.
