The property has been owned by us for many years and we have always tried to maintain the property to the very best condition that we could.
We have always found the house to be very spacious and have added a conservatory that has been used for multiple reasons, especially when we have socialised with friends in our lovely garden in the day coming into the conservatory into the evening.
The location has also been very convenient with great transport options such as a hopper bus a few minutes walk away that starts at 5:30am to Sutton train station and also St Helier Station.
