We were living with my parents in Barns Green and looking to purchase our first home together and wanted to live in a village location. Southwater presented us with the best options as it has all the amenities we needed and was perfect for us both to commute to work. After losing a property in Timber Mill we were worried we would not find anything as nice and after viewing 9 more properties we saw this one. Although it needed a lot of modernising we really liked the quiet cul-de-sac and could see great potential in the property. We could not believe the size of the garden so we wasted no time in making an offer and have been very happy here ever since. We will be sad to leave.
