OWNERS COMMENTS The age, size and location of the house made this an appealing property for my first home as being a young first time buyer I wanted to live somewhere quiet and hidden away. It has been a brilliant place to live for so many reasons and I have enjoyed living here for the last 8 years. Everything I need for daily life is within easy reach, both for practical and more fun filled reasons. It is a low maintenance, economical house to run and it is very handy having the driveway when I come home laden with shopping bags. The neighbours are a friendly and considerate bunch and there is a lovely feeling of our own little community here.
