We chose our home carefully having looked at a lot of houses, choosing it for the quiet cul-de-sac position within what is known as the Poets development which has a very good reputation. It has proved to have been a great place to live, really neighbourly and friendly too.

It’s also a great location when it comes to commuting, so easy to get onto the motorway at junction 4 of the M20, no fighting through town traffic to worry about here. Coach or train is an option too if you prefer.

We love the area and would be perfectly happy to buy locally again, as we are only moving to take the next step on the property ladder.
