Property description

Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to buy a house on the very popular Park Road. It will be really easy to get around from here as Hythe town centre and the seafront are only a short walk away.

One thing that will surprise you about this home is the amount of room it has to offer. The large kitchen/breakfast area can accommodate a table and chairs, giving you somewhere to have breakfast together before tackling the day ahead.

The dining area is definitely going to be the hub of this home as it has a lovely fireplace with a solid fuel log burner installed. You can just imagine sitting around the table with friends and family, whilst being warmed by the glow from the fire.

Storage should never be a problem as the walkway down the side of the house is enclosed, providing a great place to store things like bicycles. The covered storage area, which does need a little bit of work, will also give you some additional space.

The summer house at the bottom of the garden has power installed. This has previously been used as a TV room, however if somebody needed to work from home this could also make a great office. An added bonus with this garden is that it catches the sun for the majority of the day, making it a wonderful place to sit and relax.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house in 2012 as a buy-to-let and have never had an issue renting it out, which we put down to Hythe being such a fantastic seaside town. The High Street has an excellent selection of independent shops, which will suit any shoppers' eclectic taste. If you enjoy eating out, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes. If you like real ale, the 'Potting Shed' is highly recommended.

In 2012 we had the house rewired and we had the central heating updated at the same time.

We would love to see a first time buyer or a young family buy our house and make it their family home.
