We were looking to down size from a larger house in Southwater, looking for something that would be easy to look after and more economical to run, so a new build property was an obvious choice for us.

We bought the property directly from the builder Admiral Homes more than 20 years ago. We were one of the first interested buyers in the development so we had a choice of plot and we felt that this was the very best one for a number of reasons.
