We really liked the property when we viewed it because it offers plenty of natural light and space and since we have been here we have done work to the wiring and fitted a new boiler. We were really drawn to the area because of how pleasant and green it is whilst still being within convenient reach of Brentwood town centre and station. In terms of parking we park around the back of the property in Hernshaw where it is unrestricted with no yellow lines and we currently rent a car port from the council.

Overall we are sure you will love the property and feel it would really suit a first time buyer or someone looking to downsize and because we love the area so much we are planning to stay local.
